I'm new to the forum, but have been using classic Starlabs for outreach mostly in schools for many years in the UK.

I now have my own franchise of a UK dome outreach company, which means my own dome, kits and Starlab, however, as this is the classic system I could do with a few of the old style bulbs in reserve.

Google has thrown up a few alternative options - the best in my experience is the Maglite Xenon Magnum Star II, which is reasonably bright, but has too large a filament to produce really clear, tight stars.

Anyone who has some spare bulbs for sale (especially if based in the UK!) I would be keen to acquire maybe 5-10 of them - should keep me going for a good few years (IMG:http://www.observatorycentral.com/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
