Got stung by a bark scorpion last night while I was in the middle of messing with my planetarium projector. (IMG:http://www.observatorycentral.com/style_images/ipspro2/folder_post_icons/icon5.gif) He was hiding IN the projector. He thinks it is HIS projector. (IMG:http://www.observatorycentral.com/style_images/ipspro2/folder_post_icons/icon7.gif) He is still IN the projector. How do you coax a scorpion to come OUT of your planetarium projector?

Ow that hurts! (IMG:http://www.observatorycentral.com/style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) They show up very good under an ultra-violet light. Then whack them with a fly swatter to get them on the ground and the a shoe heel usually does the trick.

Could that be what bit you before???

No, the first bite came from planetarium bug. This one came out the big hole at the base where the cables go. Maybe I can get Steve to come out and fix a bug in my projector?

Yikes! I'm glad we don't have those guys here in VA! I hate spiders so these scorpions are basically spiders on steroids!

UPDATE - the little fellow has expired. (IMG:http://www.observatorycentral.com/style_images/ipspro2/folder_post_icons/icon1.gif) No services are planned. He is still in the tupperware. I am saving him for Ron to look at. I could not feel my right leg for a whole day.
