I noticed that last couple of days the way forum threads are being handled has gotten a little strange. I'm having trouble viewing a complete thread. Only some messages are being displayed, and others are missing and easy to overlook. Do I need to adjust personal settings if that is possible, or is that just the way things are going to work from here on out?

Haven't noticed this myself, But I think Ron moved some stuff around a couple days ago trying to get stuff organized. Maybe that is what your trouble is. -------------------- |

Haven't noticed this myself, But I think Ron moved some stuff around a couple days ago trying to get stuff organized. Maybe that is what your trouble is. Ron did move stuff around, but this problem seems to go beyond that. For example, when I tried to find your response, I could only see my original message. I had to chase through the chain at the bottom of the page to find the response. Did I accidentally change something about the way I view threads, or did somebody change the way the forum itself works? -------------------- Ken Miller

Did I accidentally change something about the way I view threads, or did somebody change the way the forum itself works? OK, I found the options menu where I could change things from "outline" to "standard" and everything is back the way it was. So sorry for the distraction and "never mind". -------------------- Ken Miller

Sorry about the bother. The problem was at my end. Somehow I must have accidentally switched from "standard" to "outline" display of threads, but I don't know how. My answer to why the problem is, "Because it's a computer". I've found there is no other answer to computer problems and glitches. Those circuit boards stay up all night thinking up ways to confuse us. -------------------- Ron Walker
